Our policies

Walk in Tuesday to Friday, or book a time online. Weekends are mostly booked, so choose a time ahead. No deposit is needed for ordinary services; a group in the Garden Room puts down a deposit that holds the room and goes toward the visit.

Please give us 24 hours to cancel or move a booked time. Up to ten minutes late is fine; after that we may shorten your service or move you to the next opening.

A missed time is time another client could have used. After a missed time we ask that your next visit be a walk-in on a weekday, and a call or text puts you back on the book.

Children are welcome with an adult beside them and stay seated at the chair. The Garden Room is a good fit for a family group; tell us the headcount when you book.

If you have diabetes, poor circulation or a cut, sore or infection on your feet, check with your doctor before a pedicure and tell us when you book. We are happy to do a manicure that day instead.

Come with clean, dry feet if you can, and wear loose pants or shorts that roll above the knee. Open shoes or sandals will keep fresh polish safe on the way home.

Tell us within a week and we will look at it with you. If your nails were done elsewhere, book removal first, and please do not pull off gel or soft-gel yourself.

Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one for your technician at the front desk, in cash or on the card machine, or when you book.
