Questions
What people ask first
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, Tuesday to Friday. Give your name at the front desk and we tell you the wait. Weekends are mostly booked, so choose a time ahead.
How do I book?
Choose a time on the booking page, or call us. Booked clients keep their time, so your technician starts when you arrive.
How long does a pedicure take?
A classic pedicure takes about 40 minutes, a gel pedicure about 55, a spa pedicure about 65 and a warm wax pedicure about 75.
How does the Garden Room work?
It is a private room for four to eight guests, booked ahead. A deposit holds the room and goes toward your services, and Ally hosts the group.
Do you speak Korean?
Yes. Minhee, Sunghoon, Jungmi and Hyewon speak Korean and English, Tuoi speaks Vietnamese and English and Dayami speaks Spanish and English.
What is the difference between gel, soft-gel and dip?
Gel polish is a thin colored layer cured under a lamp. Soft-gel tips build length and shape. Dip is colored powder over your own nail. Ask at the chair and we will show you.
Do I need to book removal?
If your nails were done somewhere else, yes: book removal first so we have the time to take it off gently. Please do not pull off gel yourself.
Can I bring a picture?
Please do. Show it at the front desk or text it to us, and we will tell you the time and what it needs.
Can I bring a child?
Children are welcome with an adult beside them and stay seated at the chair. A family group is a good fit for the Garden Room.
How does pricing work?
Prices show on the booking page and at the front desk. They depend on the service, length, product, art and removal.
How does tipping work?
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one for your technician at the front desk or when you book.
